Our Joinery division is a key part of the Parsons Group and has, for decades, enjoyed the reputation as one of the country's leading manufacturers of bespoke joinery products. Whilst the industry has changed a great deal over this period, our core principles of exceptional quality craftsmanship & customer service remain at the forefront of our operation.
As an exclusively bespoke manufacturer, Parsons Group Joinery can offer a diverse range of external joinery products. On every project we work on, our dedicated design team offer unrivalled help & advice to ensure even the most demanding of client specifications can be met. Our client base ranges from contractors requiring identical replacement windows (due to working under strict conservation legislation), to property developers seeking made-to-measure high performance sliding sash windows.
Today, we place a huge emphasis on our responsibility to promote and maintain the sustainable development of our environment. In 2010, Parsons Group Joinery achieved independent Chain of Custody Certification, which covers the purchasing & sale of timber products. Having achieved this certification, we can operate under the FSC® & PEFC organisations (link to accreditations) as a certified link in the chain, which starts from the rainforest, right through to a timber window leaving our factory.
Over the past few years the premises have been both extended and modernised providing a state of the art joinery manufacturing facility and administrative offices fit for the most modern of companies. In addition to this, we have installed a purpose built showroom and have scope for even further expansion and development. Despite the difficult trading conditions nationally, the future appears bright with an expanding customer base, modern facilities and a skilled and experienced workforce.
Irrespective of the size or location of our clients, we believe in a partnership approach based on openness, honesty and integrity. It is our belief that any project needs to be mutually beneficial and mutually profitable. As a consequence many of our customers have been with us for a considerable period of time and a sizeable proportion of our work is repeat business.
